ETV Pro is the app for compatible Android phones, tablets, TVs, boxes and sticks. New trial applicants receive the app link by verified email and start an eligible trial inside the app, without an activation code.
ETV Pro Xtream has no app of its own. Use an Xtream-compatible player with a server URL, username and password. It supports a wider range of devices, including compatible iPhones, iPads and Smart TVs, depending on the player.
Choose ETV Pro or ETV Pro Xtream for a new request. Existing customers with an ordinary ETV account should ask support for the app that matches their account. Player compatibility, availability and fees are set by its publisher and may change.

The trial is free. Only a regular subscription carries a price. Check the trial start and expiry information in the matching app or confirm it with support.
Request a trial using your email address. Choose ETV Pro or ETV Pro Xtream in the email, then press the confirmation button on the page that opens. Opening the email link alone does not issue access details. ETV Pro sends an app link without an activation code. Eligible ETV Pro Xtream requests receive a server URL, username and password, subject to available trial accounts.
For ETV Pro, a device that has already used the in-app trial cannot start another one. Downloading or reinstalling the app does not restore eligibility. Choose the device you intend to watch on before starting.
Check the app and download guidanceSwitch screens, one at a time
Stop playback before switching to another compatible device. Signing in on another device may disconnect the one already playing; one account cannot stream on two screens at once.
The app or player on the next device must match your product. If playback stops unexpectedly, check whether another device is using the same account.
Check before you subscribe
Device and connection. Check that your device and player support the product you choose. Your internet connection, device, player and location affect playback, even with CDN delivery.
Channel availability. The selection covers the United States, the United Kingdom, major European markets, Africa, Arab markets and Brazil. Exact channels and programmes vary by product, region and time; no individual channel is guaranteed to be added or kept.

Which devices can I use?
ETV Pro works on compatible Android devices. ETV Pro Xtream can work on Android, iOS, WebOS and other compatible Smart TVs through a supported player. Check your exact device model and player version before requesting a trial.
Do I need a TV box?
Not always. You can use a compatible TV, phone, tablet, streaming stick or box with the right app or player.
Can I use one account on more than one device?
You can switch between compatible devices, but only one device can be active at a time.
What affects streaming quality?
CDN-powered delivery helps keep streaming responsive. Your internet connection, device, player and location can still affect quality.
